Why Homosexuality Should Be Deprecated!

Why Homosexuality Should Be Deprecated!
          I'm sure this will be a hot button topic but I feel an urgency to speak out on the subject. I recently read a blog post from a "pastor" entitled "What If I Have Gay Children." In this article the author was quoted as saying that he wouldn't pray for them to be healed or changed! Needless to say I was shocked. I feel that there is an urgency to purge the onslaught of the thought that God is ok with Homosexuality, or any sin for that matter.
          First, let me be clear, if I had homosexual children, I would love them, try to be an example to them, but at the foundation, I would pray for God to move in their spirit, cleanse them from their spiritual blindness, and save them from their sin! I am a daddy and there is NOTHING that my children could do to cause me to stop loving them but not accepting their behavior and choices doesn't equate to hate or having a lesser love than if I agreed with them! I think we tend to merge acceptance and love but these are two completely different actions, I mean I love the murderer on death row but in no way do I accept their sin as much as I accept the sin of a liar! I can love you and not accept your choices. I have had homosexual friends, classmates, and family members and at no time have I treated them differently in the aspect of love. I would be there for them, help them, nurture them, but at the same time I would be trying to lead them to the truth that could set them free from the bondage of their sins. At each instance of encounters that Jesus had with sinners he disagreed with the sin, loved them unconditionally, but led them to truth! At Jacob's well he told the Samaritan woman to go and sin no more.
          Second, I would like to say that though there are no "little" sins or "big" sins I want us to see, through the Word of God, the magnitude of what homosexuality says to God. In Romans 1 Paul speaks of sin, the wrath of God, and the faith of God that is revealed from faith to faith. There is a downward spiral of events in a mans life that leads to the unspeakable deserted spiritual place known in scripture as a "reprobate mind." Though all sins are equal, all are in violation to God, we find that blasphemy of the Holy Ghost is unforgivable so in turn there are certain sins that speak louder of the hardened heart than others. In Paul's letter to the Roman's he speaks of how the invisible things of God are revealed in the things that are seen, so in turn no one is born an atheist, they develop this belief after a dismissal of the sovereign God.  It speaks that when they knew who God was, they glorified Him not as God but became vain(looked to their own selves for direction) in their imaginations. Then their FOOLISH heart was darkened. They profess to be wise, like those today who claim to speak for God when his Word speaks for itself, but became fools. Then in verse 24 something frightening happened, God gave them up to do what they wanted! Homosexuality is presented by Paul through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit as the pinnacle of Self Idolatry! The end result of a constant refusal to hear the call of the God of creation! Then, because they didn't want to retain God in their knowledge God gave them over to a reprobate mind, a soul beyond hope, complete depravity! See the magnitude of a nation that accepts the train of thought that homosexuality is ok, and how much more serious it is for a "church" to accept this! Like I said in the beginning of this paragraph, sin is sin! I preach as much against lying, adultery, lust, pride, gossip, etc. as I do homosexuality! And by the way, I'm guilty of sin, constantly, but I purpose, through the direction of the Word and Holy Spirit, to abstain from sin! I was saved FROM my SIN not IN my SIN!
          Lastly, as Christians, we need to understand the concept of humble yet unchangeable doctrine. What I mean by this is that hatred for the sinner, nor slander toward, nor mocking of is any less of a sin than the sin in which you're fighting against! If we fight through love and humility then those opposed to our beliefs will see the hands and feet of God and will have no stones to throw our way! Screaming at the top of your lungs that they're going to Hell is going to get them to change their ideology concerning the church as fast as punching them in the face would lol.  Why not try Jesus' approach, become their friend, love them, help them when they're hurting and watch the Love of God consume their thought pattern and begin to transform their mind through the power of the Holy Spirit! I mean really, read the Bible and notice your Pharisaical tendencies! No ones perfect, we are all broken, if we were all left to our own vices we would end up in the same place! The blood of Christ is the only difference!
         Anyone who knows me will attest to my undying love for the sinner, I mean I was one! I'm not a bigot, hater, self righteous, hypocritical, nose on the air, typical "church folk." I'm a born again Christian, saved from the sins of addiction, drugs, alcohol, fornication, pornography, and so much more! Am I perfect? No! But I'm sure trying to be. We were ALL born with sin nature, so in essence, those who claim to be born homosexual are partly right. I was born with the natural inclination to lust after beautiful women but when I was saved by grace, the Word and the Spirit began to transform me and the way I lived and thought! Do I still have natural urges? Yes, but the fact that the Word shows us what sin is and how to overcome it, I'm able to escape the temptation and flee from that sin and the same can be done for those with homosexual tendencies!
          I leave you with this, both sides need to educate themselves! There is a way of escape, Homosexuality is a sin, it is the pinnacle of self idolatry! And, without love, no one will ever escape it's grasp! It must be deprecated, refused, preached against, but most importantly it must all be brought forth with the intent of LOVE! True love teaches, reproves, rebukes, and exhorts with long suffering! Not helping people realize their sin and how to flee from their sins would be equivalent to seeing someone trapped in a burning house and walking on by and letting them burn! I'll finish with this, lying should be deprecated, adultery should be deprecated, lust should be deprecated, greed should be deprecated, pride should be deprecated, arrogance should be deprecated, indifference should be deprecated, murder should be deprecated, idolatry should be deprecated, ALL SIN should be deprecated! With Love, Pastor Bradley.

Romans 1 King James Version (KJV)

Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,
(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;
And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
10 Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.
11 For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;
12 That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
13 Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.
14 I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15 So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Romans 6:5-6King James Version (KJV)

For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

"Never Give Up, Never Give In!"

"Never Give Up, Never Give In!"
What's your price? No really, think about it! What is your price? They say every man has one, every man has a price. What would happen if we changed that truth? What if.....what if you didn't have a price? Now I want to view this from two perspectives, the first is what we would normally think about when we use that phrase "every man has a price." What amount of gain would persuade your decision and direction? Now there are many of us who are able to proclaim, "I don't have a price!" There are many of us who proclaim the Gospel, hold tight to our beliefs and convictions, and stand firm on truths that we tie ourselves to and would NEVER wave the flag of surrender in the plight of bribery! I would proudly say in the face of material wealth and gain "I DO NOT have a price!" In my heart, I believe there are still a few of us out there that can say the same. But that's not the surrender of principle I'm afraid of in our world today. See, that is the positive price of compromise but what about the negative price? Walk with me here, is there a point, a "price", a cost where you would say, "it's not worth it!" If it's true that every man has his "positive" price then the same would apply that every man has his "negative" price! Just as it's true that some would denounce Christ at the offer of one billion dollars, the same could be said that some would denounce Christ if it cost their home, money, and job! There are two perspectives to evaluate, can I be bought with a price, or can I be swayed with a cost! Many who can stand against the first have serious trouble dealing with the latter! Evaluate yourself, what could come my way where I would throw up my hands and quit the race? You may be saying, as you're reading this, that there is NOTHING that would cause me to denounce Christ, nothing that would cause me to walk away! My friend, I've watched men walk out of a church, never to return, because of something as petty as money, carpet, and the salary of the Pastor! I've watched sold out men of God, Pastor's, walk away because of the actions of another human being! What if your children were the cost, watch your children be beheaded or denounce Christ? What if your home was the cost, what if truly following Jesus meant no place to call home, your children had to live in a shelter? I've watched sold out Christians trade their relationship with the Lord for $1 more an hour on the paycheck! What if your
friendships were the cost? What if luxury was the cost? What if your comfort was the cost(by the way, this is ALWAYS one cost of discipleship!)? Some don't have commitment past "happy!" At the first glance or hint of trouble, at the first sign that it'll take a fight, at the first flicker of conflict they throw in the towel! Let me just tell you a powerful biblical truth,
"YOU WEREN"T CREATED TO QUIT!"
(Click Play and Watch This)
The Lord Jesus said, "It's not my will that ANY should perish but that ALL should come to repentance!" He also said, "Those that endure to the END shall be saved!" I don't care if you have to limp, crawl, scrape, or be pushed across the finish line of Heaven, just FINISH! Just FINISH! Don't give up, don't give in, DON'T HAVE A PRICE! Nothing, the positive or the negative could EVER hold the weight of immortal value as your soul! Remember, everything worth having is worth fighting for! Keep Heaven as your goal and the Spirit as the means to that goal! There are four truths found in Paul's charge to young Timothy in 2 Timothy chapter 4 verses 1-8.
First, YOUR LIFE MUST BE CONTROLLED
BY YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY TO GOD.
Second, YOUR LIFE MUST BE CONSUMED
WITH ACTIONS FOR GOD.
Third, YOUR LIFE MUST BE COMMITTED
IN SPITE OF AFFLICTIONS, UNTO GOD.
And lastly, YOUR LIFE MUST BE CULMINATED
IN THE ASSURANCE OF WHAT'S COMING FROM GOD!
If you want to endure, you MUST hold to these principles! Paul, the old man, was telling Timothy, the young man, the path to the finish line! Paul was staring at the finish line as he penned verses 6-8, he said "I have fought a good fight, I've kept the faith, and I have finished my course. Henceforth(meaning: because of what he just stated) there is a crown of righteousness waiting!" WOW! So just hang on, fight, hold on to faith in the midst of the unknown,
FINISH YOUR COURSE!

Matthew 10:22King James Version (KJV)

22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Mark 4:16-17King James Version (KJV)

16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
17 And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

2 Timothy 2:3King James Version (KJV)

Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 6:15King James Version (KJV)

15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

2 Corinthians 4:17King James Version (KJV)

17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

Philippians 1:6King James Version (KJV)

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Spiritual Pirates On The Sea Of Life!

Spiritual Pirates On The Sea Of Life!

I'd like to start today with a popular saying, "misery LOVES company!" How true is that statement? I've been in and around church and "Christians" my entire life and I'm still blown away by the negative attitudes, the critical personalities, and the complaining spirits among people who claim to be children of the King! I've grown to recognize these today as "spiritual pirates!" I also call them "church folk" from time to time. These are people who obviously DO NOT have the joy of Christ in their life. They are living blindly through religion which will never satisfy, it will always leave you longing, and it will cause you to be self-righteous and judgmental and critical of others. There isn't a Sunday that passes that a spiritual pirate doesn't sail my way! I've found that the closer I get to Jesus and the more "on fire" I am, the more attacks I face from these "spiritual pirates." It's Satan at work, diligently seeking to STEAL your joy, attack your faith, and defect you off your spiritual course! The last thing a spiritual pirate likes to see is a happy Christian, a prosperous ministry, and unity of the brethren! As Peter said, "the enemy is as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour!" As Christians we tend to put up our guard outside the church, we often put on
our armor as we leave the sanctuary and enter the world but that leaves us vulnerable to the spiritual pirates in the church! Their ship looks just like yours, they're flying the same flag as you are, but if we aren't careful they'll sneak up next to us, attack our character, steal our peace, and knock us off the course intended! They look good on the outside, they would never commit fleshly sins, they would never take an alcoholic drink, they would never say a curse word but if you watch them, they never keep their word, they give up at the first sign of trouble, and they cannot be counted on spiritually! We MUST be ready at all times, constantly looking through the looking glass of the Word, suited up in the whole armor of God, searching out those "spiritual pirates" that the Word of God calls "wolves in sheep's clothing." They're out there and they'll sail your way! They're not happy, and if they can help it, you won't be either! Well Pastor, how do I recognize these "spiritual pirates?" There are some "tell tell" signs of a spiritual pirate. First, they are ALWAYS negative. These are people that, even when the church is on fire, a ministry is booming, people are
being saved and growing spiritually, will have something negative to say! Second, they are always critical. They typically criticize the Pastor first, and something I've learned here is, if they'll criticize the Man of God, they'll criticize anybody! Not exactly the type of person you want with you on the front lines of spiritual warfare! They are always gossiping and attempting to cause division. Thirdly, they tend to be self-righteous and prideful about religious activities. They look down on others for the same mistakes they made along the way. They tend to say "I can't believe they did something like that" instead of picking their brother up and helping in the fight. They're always talking about what "they" did, how "they" paid their tithes, how "they" read 68 chapters this week, how "they" gave a homeless man a dollar, etc. Watch out for these, they've never read in the Word where we ALL are as filthy rags, they missed the part about not telling your right hand what the left hand has done! Next, they are usually wavering. They'll tell one person this and tell another person something completely different. They believe one thing this week and another thing when it's convenient. Lastly, a "spiritual pirate" is stubborn and despises change! They want it their way or no way! If it's different, it's not of God! They typically say things like, "we've always did it this way," and "mama and daddy said," mama and daddy isn't the rule, GOD IS! You've received the warning, be on the look out. They're sailing along life's sea searching out joy
they can steal! "Spiritual Pirates"

1 Peter 5:8King James Version (KJV)

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Matthew 7:15King James Version (KJV)

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Romans 16:17King James Version (KJV)

17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

James 1:8King James Version (KJV)

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Why We Sometimes See Spiritual Success As A Defeat!

Why We Sometimes See Spiritual Success As A Defeat!

Throughout my spiritual life I have been a part of or leader of various ministries. At this present moment I am a Pastor of a local church. There is an epidemic happening in churches and ministries  across the world where we tend to judge spiritual success off of carnal standards. I'll be honest, it took me at least two years into my pastorate before I understood what that meant. As a singer/songwriter I always judged the anointing of the song and my ministry by the reaction of those who heard it. As a Sunday School Superintendent I based the success of my ministry on the growth of Sunday School. As a Youth Pastor I based the success of my ministry off of the number of kids in the group and their response to what I taught. There's a problem with this type of standard for "success" in ministry. I spent many nights praying to God about my failures, how Sunday School wasn't growing, how the youth were being hard hearted and not responding. See, with this mentality and measurement of success, in my mind it was my fault! Obviously I wasn't praying enough, I wasn't preaching the right things, I wasn't promoting Sunday School enough, etc. I've always been a people pleaser, which in ministry is a terrible attribute to have. My first two years of pastorate went pretty smooth, my take on that is it was the "Honeymoon" stage and everyone was still getting to know me and the direction I would lead the church. Then it happened! Resistance! There was no avoiding confrontation, someone was going to be upset with me! Here's what the devil said, God is not the author of confusion. If I'm being successful in the pastorate roll then I can fix this. That was a lie straight from Satan. Then one night while seeking the face of God he spoke to me and for the first time in my walk as a spiritual leader in various ministries I saw the definition of spiritual
success through spiritual eyes instead of the carnal! As I searched scripture the evidence was there! Spiritual success is not determined by the number of people in the pews, the amount of the offering in the plate, the people's view of your leadership, people staying or leaving the church, it's not even based on the response to the message, or the spiritual growth of the people! I know, you think I'm crazy, but let's think about it for a moment, Spiritual Success is SOLEY based on whether or not you did what God told you to do! Nothing more, Nothing less! Let's look at two distinct stories in scripture that testify to how man gets it backwards on defining spiritual success. First, Isaiah was told by God that no one would hear his message and repent! God told him that he would have zero converts and Isaiah said, "I'll go!" On the other hand Jonah was told to preach to Nineveh, a town of 600,000 people! He resisted but finally gave in after God subdued him with horrific chastisement!  Then, in the greatest revival ever recorded, every person in that city repented and turned back to God! And here's the kicker, Jonah got mad because God didn't destroy them! That's how backwards we get it. Isaiah had tremendous spiritual success even though no one repented at the response to his message! Jonah had not spiritual success because he disobeyed God, even though so many thousands repented! That's because God, not Jonah, was the reason! Quit basing the spiritual success of the ministry God's placed you in off of carnal standards, base it simply off that one question, "did I do what God told me to do?" You can have a sanctuary full with money in the
bank and be a spiritual failure! The same is true that you could have no new converts for years and struggle to see one come to know Christ yet be a spiritual success! Look through the spiritual eyes to gauge spiritual success! And remember, everywhere Jesus went, there was conflict!

Isaiah 6:8-11King James Version (KJV)

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.
10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.
11 Then said I, Lord, how long? And he answered, Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate,

Jonah 3 King James Version (KJV)

And the word of the Lord came unto Jonah the second time, saying,
Arise, go unto Nineveh, that great city, and preach unto it the preaching that I bid thee.
So Jonah arose, and went unto Nineveh, according to the word of the Lord. Now Nineveh was an exceeding great city of three days' journey.
And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.
So the people of Nineveh believed God, and proclaimed a fast, and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them even to the least of them.
For word came unto the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe from him, and covered him with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.
And he caused it to be proclaimed and published through Nineveh by the decree of the king and his nobles, saying, Let neither man nor beast, herd nor flock, taste any thing: let them not feed, nor drink water:
But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.
Who can tell if God will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?
10 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.

Jonah 4 King James Version (KJV)

But it displeased Jonah exceedingly, and he was very angry.
And he prayed unto the Lord, and said, I pray thee, O Lord, was not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before unto Tarshish: for I knew that thou art a gracious God, and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repentest thee of the evil.
Therefore now, O Lord, take, I beseech thee, my life from me; for it is better for me to die than to live.
Then said the Lord, Doest thou well to be angry?
So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city.
And the Lord God prepared a gourd, and made it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his head, to deliver him from his grief. So Jonah was exceeding glad of the gourd.
But God prepared a worm when the morning rose the next day, and it smote the gourd that it withered.
And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat upon the head of Jonah, that he fainted, and wished in himself to die, and said, It is better for me to die than to live.
And God said to Jonah, Doest thou well to be angry for the gourd? And he said, I do well to be angry, even unto death.
10 Then said the Lord, Thou hast had pity on the gourd, for the which thou hast not laboured, neither madest it grow; which came up in a night, and perished in a night:
11 And should not I spare Nineveh, that great city, wherein are more than sixscore thousand persons that cannot discern between their right hand and their left hand; and also much cattle?

The Cancer of Conformity!

The Cancer of Conformity!

Have you ever been stuffed into a locker? I guess that's just something that happens to us nerdy kids. At my core I am extremely claustrophobic! I can't breath, my heart beats rapidly, I imagine the worst case scenario, and I send my brain into overdrive. It is the most uncomfortable feeling that I have ever experienced. Yet so often we try to stuff our spirituality, our relationship with Christ into a box. And if you don't do this to yourself, someone else will try to stuff you in there at first glance of your liberty. I see it all the time in our society but I also see it raging in the church. I see young preachers being put in a box, singer/songwriter's put into a box, ministry leader's put into a box! Why? Because we are so afraid of change, so afraid of something different! Listen, God made each and everyone of us COMPLETELY different! There are no two humans exactly alike on this planet! We wonder why the Gospel is impeded, why the current culture has no place in their heart for the Church or what is says, we wonder why we're seemingly losing a whole generation. It's the cancer of conformity! It takes on the cancer of tradition, the cancer of man made rules, the cancer of arrogant self righteousness and it's killing our churches, our children, and our hope! YOU ARE DIFFERENT! DARE TO BE DIFFERENT! The Word says we are a peculiar people. If you preach, preach the way God tells you. If you sing, sing the way God tells you. If you have a special talent, use it for the Lord even if it's outside of the norm! The church is hyperventilating inside the box of conformity and if we don't set it free it very well could be our demise! So often we ask young
converts to conform to the standards of the church, the standards of our traditions, when the truth is we are called to be transformed by the renewing of our minds into the image of Jesus Christ our Savior! No one would want to go see a movie called "The Conformer's!" but it's been proven people love "The Transformer's!" As a new creature be the you that God made you to be! Be weird, it's contagious! Think for yourself inside the confines of the Word of God! You are different for a reason, to give God the glory he deserves and when you put yourself inside a box of conformity you are limiting what God can do in your life! Jesus made you who you are for a reason so use that reason to make you who God wants you to be inside of Jesus Christ! Stop being scared of change, of being different, or of something new! Everyone worships different, at one time the way you worship was new and contemporary! Lets kill the cancer of conformity with the radiation of our joy as we are transformed by the renewing of our minds!

Romans 12:1-2King James Version (KJV)

12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
